  1. 3 qts. Whitey’s Beef Chili (48359)
  2. 50 Potatoes
  3. 2 lbs. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  4. 3 qts. Sour Cream
  5. 3 c. Green Onion, sliced
Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat oven 450°F; bake potatoes until tender.
  2. 2. Simmer Whitey’s Beef Chili.
  3. 3. Serve 2 oz. of Whitey’s Beef Chili in a split potato; topped with cheddar, a sprinkle of green onions, and a 2 oz. side of sour cream.
