Ingredients
  1. 1 gal. Whitey’s Beef Chili (48359)
  2. 50 Ground Beef Patties
  3. 15 Tomatoes, sliced
  4. 50 Iceberg lettuce, leaves
  5. 50 Pepper Jack Cheese, slices
  6. 50 Hamburger buns, toasted
Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat grill.
  2. 2. Simmer Whitey’s Beef Chili.
  3. 3. Grill hamburgers to 155°F; top with pepper jack cheese.
  4. 4. Serve cheeseburger on top of lettuce, and 2 slices of tomato; ladle 2 ½ oz. of Whitey’s Beef Chili over the top.
