Ingredients
  1. 3 qts. Whitey’s Chicken Chili (48360)
  2. 12 lbs. Potato Wedges
  3. 2 lbs. Green Peppers, sliced
  4. 2 lbs. Red Peppers, sliced
  5. 2 lbs. Onions, julienned
  6. 4 lbs. Avocado, sliced
Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat fryer 350°F.
  2. 2. Simmer Whitey’s Chicken Chili.
  3. 3. Sauté peppers and onions.
  4. 4. Fry potato wedges according to package directions.
  5. 5. Serve 2 ½ oz. of Whitey’s Chicken Chili on top of potato wedges garnished with 2 oz. of peppers and onions, and 3 slices of avocado.
